These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the ukpppg online betting and gaming platform (the "Service", "Platform", "Website") operated by ukpppg ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("User", "Member", "Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Service.

By creating an Account, depositing funds, placing any Bet, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any modifications, you must cease using the Service and close your Account.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must match the details on your government-issued identification documents (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP).
In accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations, all users must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. You will be required to submit:
KYC verification typically takes 1–24 hours during business days. You may deposit and place bets while your verification is pending, but withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of your first deposit may result in Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify ukpppg customer support immediately via email at [email protected].
ukpppg employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your data, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are encouraged to use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (if available) to enhance Account security.
ukpppg accepts deposits via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (i.e., deposits from accounts not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source, minus any applicable processing fees.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are clearly stated on the deposit page. Deposits are typically credited to your Account balance instantly during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:00 WIB). Off-hours deposits may take up to 60 minutes to process. ukpppg does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
You may withdraw funds from your Account at any time, provided that:
Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. Withdrawals are processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit. If you have used multiple payment methods, withdrawals will be prioritized to match your deposit history proportionally. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal processing times are as follows:
Weekend and public holiday withdrawal requests will be processed on the next business day. ukpppg does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same month may incur a Rp 10.000 administrative fee.
ukpppg is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1× turnover) before withdrawal, regardless of whether you win or lose. Deposits that are withdrawn without meeting the minimum wagering requirement may be subject to a 10% administrative fee. We reserve the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction that appears suspicious or inconsistent with normal betting activity.
ukpppg offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are clearly stated on the promotions page at the time the offer is made. By claiming any bonus, you agree to be bound by the applicable bonus terms.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements), which specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion but are typically between 20× and 35× the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must place Rp 3.000.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (e.g., blackjack, roulette, baccarat) may contribute 10%–20%, and sports betting may contribute 50%–100% depending on odds. Contributions are clearly stated in the bonus terms.
While you have an active bonus and unfulfilled wagering requirements, the maximum bet per spin, hand, or wager is capped at Rp 25.000, regardless of your Account balance. Bets exceeding this limit may void your bonus and any associated winnings.
ukpppg strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other users to exploit bonus offers, using automated betting systems or bots to meet wagering requirements, or engaging in risk-free betting strategies (e.g., betting on opposing outcomes in sports). Any user found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their Account terminated and all bonuses and winnings forfeited.
All bets must be placed before the official start time of the relevant event. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or amended. ukpppg reserves the right to void or refuse any bet at our sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on obvious errors (e.g., incorrect odds, technical glitches), bets placed after an event has started, or bets that violate these Terms.
Bets are settled based on the official results provided by the relevant governing body or data provider. For sports betting, this includes organizations such as FIFA, UEFA, the English Premier League, BRI Liga 1, and other official leagues. For casino games, results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent testing agencies.
In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, ukpppg's decision is final. We will investigate disputes in good faith but reserve the right to uphold the original settlement if we determine it was correct according to our rules and the official event outcome.
ukpppg offers live (in-play) betting on selected sports events. Odds and available markets are updated in real time throughout the event. Due to the fast-paced nature of live betting, there may be slight delays in bet acceptance. If significant events occur during this delay (e.g., a goal is scored), your bet may be rejected.
The Cash Out feature allows you to settle your bet before the event concludes, locking in a profit or minimizing a loss. Cash Out values are calculated in real time based on current odds and event status. Not all bets are eligible for Cash Out, and ukpppg reserves the right to suspend or remove Cash Out availability at any time during an event.
ukpppg reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false information during registration or KYC, or used the Service in a manner that we deem harmful to ukpppg or other users.
Common reasons for Account suspension include:
If your Account is suspended, any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome, and your remaining balance (minus any disputed or bonus funds) will be returned to you after investigation is complete. In cases of proven fraud, all funds may be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Account closure is permanent and cannot be reversed. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Once closure is complete, you will no longer be able to access the Platform or claim any pending bonuses or promotions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ukpppg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or Rp 1.000.000, whichever is lower.
ukpppg does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or legal compliance at any time without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ukpppg is licensed and operates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and ukpppg.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on both parties.
You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ukpppg. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.
